沈阳农业大学观赏植物种质资源与遗传育种团队
本团队由5名教师组成,包括教授1人、副教授1人、讲师3人,均具有博士学位。有专用实验室600m2、试验基地10亩、温室2栋。主要从事百合、鸢尾、郁金香、君子兰、观赏草莓等种质资源的收集、保存、鉴定、评价与利用,主要性状的遗传规律,远缘杂交育种,多倍体育种,生物技术和工厂化育苗等方面研究。主持国家科技部、教育部、省市级等课题50余项,其中主持国家自然科学基金3项。发表论著300多篇,其中SCI、ISTP收录40多篇。主编《辽宁花卉》、《北方主要鲜切花温室栽培》等专著。主持培育百合新品种8个、观赏草莓新品种4个、鸢尾新品种35个。已经培养博士、硕士共100余名。
团队带头人雷家军教授,留日博士后,现任沈阳农业大学观赏园艺学科带头人,兼任中国花卉协会理事、中国园艺学会球宿根花卉分会常务理事、辽宁省园艺学会常务理事、中国郁金香专家委员会委员、辽宁省花卉协会副理事长、沈阳市花卉协会副理事长。本团队成员还有毕晓颖副教授/博士、郑洋讲师/博士、赵珺讲师/博士、薛莉讲师/博士。
本团队主要研究方向如下。
百合种质资源研究与利用:收集保存百合资源350份,对其遗传多样性、染色体、花粉、远缘杂交、离体保存、胚抢救技术等进行了系统研究,获得了大量远缘杂交后代,培育了二倍体、三倍体、四倍体、无花粉等百合新品种,2016年获批中国首批国家百合种质库。
鸢尾种质资源研究与利用:收集保存鸢尾资源100余份,在遗传多样性、染色体、花粉、种子休眠、萌发特性、远缘杂交、花色遗传等多方面开展了研究工作,获得了大量远缘杂交新材料,在我国率先进行了鸢尾品种国际登录。
郁金香种质资源研究与利用:收集保存郁金香属植物资源80份,对遗传多样性、染色体、核型、花粉、种子休眠、多倍体育种、离体培养进行了较多研究。
君子兰种质资源研究与利用:目前收集君子兰资源60份,系统开展了君子兰远缘杂交育种、染色体加倍、离体培养、花芽分化、花期调控等研究,在鞍山、辽阳、沈阳有大规模的君子兰合作基地。
草莓种质资源及观赏草莓育种:收集保存草莓属植物资源620份,是世界上收集保存最全种类的单位之一,在资源分类、评价、远缘杂交、染色体加倍、高倍体种质创新、观赏草莓种质创新等方面取得较大进展,处于世界先进水平。

Research Team of Ornamental Plant Genetics and Breeding
in Shenyang Agricultural University
The team consists of five researchers, all of whom have PhD, including one professor, one associate professor and three lecturers. There are 600 m2 special laboratory, 10 mu experimental base and two greenhouses. It mainly engages in the collection, conservation, evaluation and utilization of germplasm resources, the inheritance of main characters, distant cross breeding, polyploid breeding, biotechnology and tissue culture on the ornamental plants, such as lily, iris, tulip, gentleman orchid and ornamental strawberry. We have presided over more than 50 projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Education, provinces and municipalities, among which three projects were the National Natural Science Foundation. More than 300 articles have been published, in which about 40 articles were published in SCI and ISTP, some books have been edited as editor-in-chiefs, such as Liaoning Flowers, and Greenhouse Cultivation of Main Fresh Cut Flowers in North China. There were 8 new lily cultivars, 4 new ornamental strawberry cultivars and 35 new iris cultivars released. More than 100 doctors and masters have been graduated and obtained their degrees.
Team leader Professor Lei Jiajun, postdoctoral student in Japan, now is the leader of ornamental horticulture discipline in Shenyang Agricultural University. He is also a council member of China Flower Association, the executive director of Bulbous Flower Branch, Chinese Society for Horticultural Science, the executive director of Liaoning Horticultural Society, the member of Chinese Tulip Expert Committee, the vice director of Liaoning Flower Association and the vice director of Shenyang Flower Association. The team also includes associate professor Bi Xiaoying, lecturer Zheng Yang, lecturer Zhao Jun, and lecturer Xue Li.
The main research directions of this team are as follows.
Research and utilization of Lilium germplasm resources: 350 lily germplasm resources were collected and preserved, and their genetic diversity, chromosomes, pollen, distant hybridization, in vitro conservation and embryo rescue techniques were systematically studied. A large number of distant hybridization progenies were obtained, and new lily cultivars such as diploid, triploid, tetraploid and pollen-free were cultivated. In 2016, the first National Lily Germplasm Bank was approved in China.
Research and utilization of Iris germplasm resources: More than 100 Iris germplasm resources have been collected and preserved. Research work has been carried out on genetic diversity, chromosome, pollen, seed dormancy, germination characteristics, distant hybridization, flower color inheritance, etc. A large number of new materials for distant hybridization have been obtained, and iris cultivar has been first internationally registered in China.
Research and utilization of Tulip germplasm resources: 80 tulip resources were collected and preserved. The genetic diversity, chromosome, karyotype, pollen, seed dormancy, polyploid breeding and in vitro culture were studied.
Research and utilization of Clivia germplasm resources: At present, 60 Clivia germplasm resources were collected. The distant hybridization, chromosome doubling, in vitro culture, flower bud differentiation and flowering regulation were systematically studied. There are large-scale cooperative bases in Anshan, Liaoyang and Shenyang.
Fragaria germplasm resources and ornamental strawberry breeding: 620 strawberry resources were collected and preserved in Shenyang Agricultural University, which was one of the richest germplasm in the world. Great progress has been made in classification, evaluation, distant hybridization, chromosome doubling, polyploidy, ornamental strawberry germplasm innovation and so on.
